NCGLFF Community Resource Room
Organizations are invited to exhibit their materials in the NCGLFF Community Resource Room which will be in the Connie Moses Ballroom and open to the public during the following hours:
Friday, August 8, 5pm - 10pm
Saturday, August 9, 11am - 10pm
Sunday, August 10, 11pm - 9pm
Materials must be delivered to the Community Outreach Coordinator before 5pm on Wednesday,
August 6. The set-up for exhibits in the Connie Moses Ballroom will be Friday, August 8, from 10am - 2pm.
Exhibitors must submit the Community
Outreach Exhibit Agreement
with their materials.
